Homemade [Giant Dorayaki]! Feel like Doraemon right now LOL😂 ▪ INGREDIENTS: Dough: 300g cake flour, 4 Eggs, 150g sugar, 10g baking powder, 200ml milk, 3g cocoa powder, 2Tbsps honey Filling: 250g red beans, 800g water, 125g sugar, 1/2Tbsp salt. ▪ DIRECTIONS: [Filling] 1. Rinse the 250g red bean in cold water and soak for at least 10hours. 2. Put soaked red beans in a pot and add some water to just cover the beans. Then bring it to boil. 3. If it starts to boil, turn off the heat and rinse the beans through cold water. 4. Then put them in a pot and add 800ml water, then bring it to boil. 5. When the beans are cooked enough to get mashed, add 125g sugar and 1/2Tbsp salt. Then blend it using a hand blender. 6. Put the mashed red beans in a pot and then bring it to simmer to get all the moisture out. When it turns to paste consistency, cool it down. [Dorayaki] 1. Put 4 eggs and 150g sugar in a bowl and mix. 2. Put 300g cake flour and 10g baking powder in a bowl and mix. Then add 200ml milk, 2Tbsps honey and then mix. 3. Put 2 scoops of the batter in a separate bowl and add 3g cocoa powder. 4. Grease the pan with some oil and wipe it with a paper towel. 5. Write the letters with cocoa batter and pour the whole batter in the pan. 6. Cook total of 2 pancakes. One with the letter and one with no letter. 7.
