They will fall in love with this! ▪ INGREDIENTS: 1.Popsicle: 100g Chicken Breast, 80g Carrot, 80g Autumn Squash, 200ml Chicken Broth, 3 Asparagus 2.Popsicle: 25g Greek Yogurt (Sugar-Free, Salt-Free, Additive-Free), 200ml Water, 80g Blueberry, 80g Cherry, 1 tsp Acai Berry Powder, 6 Dog Jerky 3.Popsicle: 90g Beef, 70g Sweet Potato, 70g Zucchini, 2 Stem Minced Parsley, 200ml Beef Bone Broth, 1/6 Carrot 4.Popsicle: 20g Peanut Butter (Salt-Free, Sugar-Free, Additive-Free), 200ml Water, 1 Banana, 1 Slice Pineapple, 1/2 Apple, 1/6 Cucumber ▪ DIRECTIONS: [popsicle 1] 1. Boil 100g of chopped chicken breast pieces. 2. Dice 80g carrot and 80g autumn squash. Microwave for 2 minutes. 3. Add chicken breast pieces, carrots and autumn squash into a popsicle mold. Pour 200ml of chicken broth and stick asparagus in a mix (use asparagus as a popsicle stick). Put it in a freezer. [popsicle 2] 1. Mix 25g yogurt with 200ml water to the point where it's half transparent. 2. Add 80g blueberry, 80g seeded cherry and pour yogurt water into a popsicle mold. Sprinkle 1 tsp of acai berry powder. Use dog jerky as a popsicle stick. Put it in a freezer. [popsicle 3] 1. Boil 90g of chopped beef. 2. Dice 70g sweet potato and 70g zucchini. Microwave for 2 minutes. 3. Add beef, zucchini, sweet potato and 2 stems of minced parsley in a popsicle mold. Pour 200ml beef bone broth. Use carrot stick as a popsicle stick. Put it in a freezer. [popsicle 4] 1. Mix 20g of peanut butter (salt-free, sugar-free, additive-free) with 200ml water to the point where it turns half-transparent. 2. Dice 1 banana, 1 slice pineapple and 1/2 of an apple. 3. Add banana, pineapple and apple into a popsicle mold. Pour peanut butter water into the mold. Use cucumber stick as a popsicle stick.
